First time we have visited since the new owners took over. Lovely service - attentive but not obsequious - and fabulous food. The treacle tart and clotted cream ice cream was divine! The restaurant is next door to the cathedral in Tombland, so a very special part of Norwich. We will definitely return and recommend highly to our friends and family.

Another wonderful evening at Tatlers! Great service from the front of house staff led by Belinda who is warm and knowledgeable. Superb food from Femi a great place to come as a couple or with friends. A firm favourite for us - if you haven’t been I would recommend booking a table!

One of the great meals of my life. Belinda and Femi have really achieved something special here - the decor, the flower arrangements, the staff, the food are all perfect. We had cocktails, the burrata, steak, venison, summer veggies, crème brûlée and treacle tart. Everything was flawless. The desserts stood out. Treacle tart is… hard to do with subtlety, and not too sweet. The crème brûlée was the best we’d ever had. Honestly, worth coming up from London just to eat here (though Norwich is charming).

Had a lovely meal here last night. The hake and the treacle tart were faultless They just need to sort their website out. You just get directed to an OpenTable booking page and the menu on it isn't up to date. Essentially therefore no useable website or information. Luckily i was staying over the road so could look for myself but a shame for others who will want to look for themselves. A silly error which can be easily rectified.

Phenomenal meal. Requested the steak medium well, and it was done medium well. Lovely service, considerate and patient for questions asked. Great recommendations for meals and drinks by wait staff, and had good banter the whole evening. The only small caveat is the proximity of tables and the volume of other customers in close space. But this is just personal preference. Went as a party of 3 for a birthday celebration lunch. The food was sublime (it’s been years since I had such a perfectly cooked fillet steak!) and their wine list is great. Had the most wonderful of times. Centrally located in Tombland and an easy walk from the station.
